Bellingham Historical Building - Ceiling Mural

This painting was made on the library ceiling of a historic 1890 building in Bellingham the "Hotel Montreal."  It took 3.5 weeks to complete. It is an inspiration of Kent (the Count of MC) as he had seen a copy of an old Heidelberg astronomical chart, and gave me a chance to make an original work. Among the unique features is the variety of Northwest indigenous animals found in the ring around the Northern sky.

Here are some pics and a press coverage...thanks for looking.

My many thanks to the Count of Monte Cristo, who made this possible. The fine sir is a great patron of the arts, and an inspirational force.
