Washington Coastal Woodland Seascape

The photo of this art was taken with a cell phone at the studio! This painting was great fun as it was ordered by a lovely professional woman who said to me "Just paint something you would like to paint for me." Those were magic words that no artist can resist! This is what came of that about a week and a half later. She had seen it at an earlier stage, just to make sure we were on the right track; she liked it. The two possible rooms are one burgundy and the other blue.

It is an oil painting, 40"x40" on a  pthalo blue pigmented acrylic gesso base. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy.
